We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

All professional services are provided pursuant to separate written service agreements, statements of work, or project proposals ("Service Agreements") that specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Project timelines and milestones
• Pricing, payment terms, and invoicing schedule
• Intellectual property rights and ownership
• Confidentiality and data protection obligations
• Warranties, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
• Termination conditions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail with respect to the specific services covered therein.

You agree to:

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of any account credentials or access information
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services

• Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CURIOUS LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or as otherwise specified in a Service Agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curious Lab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our website or services
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Any content or materials you provide to us

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and shall be further detailed in any Service Agreement or separate non-disclosure agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our website and services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

Your continued use of our website or services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
